Parisi Speed School is offering us Speed and Conditioning Training IN TOWN. This is a great opportunity to have our players trained in the proper acceleration, change of direction and deceleration techniques to both win an edge by running more effectively and prevent injuries. Seth has launched a special campaign for those affected by the earthquake in Haiti. Details are on his website. Seth is a great guy and a wonderful role model for all our youth players.
